Long-Term Loan (Debt Consolidation)

  • Loan Amount: $10,000-$100,000
  • Term Length: 3-15years
  • InterestRate (APR): 6.%-12% (Fixed/Variable)
  • Repayment: Monthly via wire transfer. Borrower initiates payment each month.
  • Collateral: May be required
  • Eligibility Requirement: 660+ Credit Score, Steady income
  • Origination Fee: 1%-3%, payable prior to disbursement

Fix&Flip $50,000- 6-18 6.5% - 12% Monthlyinterest Property Realexperience 1%-3%, Loan $2,000,000 months (Interest-only) paymentsviawire being preferred, payableprior transfer.Principal flipped appraisal to dueattermend. required disbursement

BusinessLoan

  • Loan Amount: $5,000-$500,000
  • Term Length: 6months-10years
  • InterestRate (APR): 7.99%-12%
  • Repayment: Monthly or bi weekly via wire transfer. Borrower initiates payment .
  • Collateral: Optional above $100K
  • Eligibility Requirement: 1+ year in business, $100k+ annual revenue
  • Origination Fee: 1%-3%,payable prior to disbursement

Personal Loan

  • Loan Amount: $1,000-$50,000
  • Term Length: 1-5years
  • InterestRate (APR): 6.99%-12%
  • Repayment: Monthly via wire transfer. Borrower initiates payment each month.
  • Collateral: Not required
  • Eligibility Requirement: 600+ credit score,proof of income
  • Origination Fee: 1%-3%,payable prior to disbursement

Rental Loan

  • Loan Amount: $50,000-$1,500,000
  • Term Length: 5-30years
  • InterestRate (APR): 6.25%-9.5% (Fixed)
  • Repayment: Monthly via wire transfer. Borrower initiates payment each month.
  • Collateral: Rental property
  • Eligibility Requirement: DSCR > 1.2, appraisal required
  • Origination Fee: 1%-3%,payable prior to disbursement

Construction Loan

  • Loan Amount: $100,000-$5,000,000
  • Term Length: 6-24 months (build phase)
  • InterestRate (APR): 6.75%-12% (Interest-only)
  • Repayment: Monthly via wire transfer. Borrower initiates payment each month. Principal due or converted at termend.
  • Collateral: Property under construction
  • Eligibility Requirement: Project plans or Project Information
  • Origination Fee: 1%-3%,payable prior to disbursement

Buy&Hold Loan

  • Term Length: 5-30years
  • InterestRate (APR): 6.75%-10% (Fixed)
  • Repayment: Monthly via wire transfer. Borrower initiates payment each month.
  • Collateral: Property being purchase
  • Eligibility Requirement: Rental income, 650+ credit core
  • Origination Fee: 1%-3%,payable prior to disbursement

Fix&Flip Loan

  • Term Length: 6-18 months
  • InterestRate (APR): 6.5% - 12% (Interest-only)
  • Repayment: Monthly via wire transfer. .Principal due at term end
  • Collateral: Property being flipped
  • Eligibility Requirement: Real experience preferred, appraisal required
